Tangled limbs upon the floor
Bend and stretch and bend some more.
Breathing deep, breathing slow,
Seeking somehow peace to know.

Tangled drawings, Tangled zen,
Somehow I begin again,
Draw and stretch and seek to find,
Mindfulness,
And ties that bind.
